Once Ronan's in the door, Adam stands up, ready to greet him. Except Ronan doesn't say anything. He ignores them all and heads right for the bathroom in the kind of evasive, shifty way that Adam hasn't seen from Ronan in a long time. Immediately, he worries and turns his book over, open to its place, and stands up to follow.
